Terms And Conditions Of Services Provided

  • Specialised cleaning equipment designed for the purpose of outside cleaning are always used.
  • Extendable ladders are not used in our window, Upvc and gutter cleaning processes. Therefore the risk of an accident to us or anyone else and damage to your property is significantly reduced.
  • Step ladders maybe used to help clean some conservatory roofs.
  • The use of a power point in the property may be required to carry out gutter cleaning.  We will always use a RCD device in the socket before we plug our equipment into it, and use 110v transformers as a safety precaution.
  • The use of water provided by the property from an  outside tap will be required to fill buffer tanks for pressure washing.
  • UPVC cleaners and other chemicals may be used in order to try and remove tough stains for Upvc cleaning, pressure washing and soft washing jobs but 100% removal cannot always be guaranteed.
  • When using ultra-pure water, the windows are left wet and not dried as with traditional window cleaning. This is normal and is not a reason to think the windows have not been cleaned correctly.
  • Please make sure to close all windows and vents above windows prior to cleaning being carried out, to stop water entering the property.
  • All estimates and contracts will be E-mailed to the customer. Once you have accepted the estimate or contract via E-mail  an appointment will be arranged for the work to be carried out By accepting the estimate or contract you are entering into a legally binding contract.
