Terms And Conditions Of Services Provided

  • Specialised cleaning equipment designed for the purpose of outside cleaning are always used.
  • Extendable ladders are not used in our window, Upvc and gutter cleaning processes. Therefore the risk of an accident to us or anyone else and damage to your property is significantly reduced.
  • Step ladders maybe used to help clean some conservatory roofs.
  • The use of a power point in the property may be required to carry out gutter cleaning.  We will always use a RCD device in the socket before we plug our equipment into it, and use 110v transformers as a safety precaution.
  • The use of water provided by the property from an inside or outside tap will be required to fill buffer tanks for pressure washing.
  • UPVC cleaners and other chemicals may be used in order to try and remove tough stains for Upvc cleaning, pressure washing and soft washing jobs but 100% removal cannot always be guaranteed.
  • When using ultra-pure water, the windows are left wet and not dried as with traditional window cleaning. This is normal and is not a reason to think the windows have not been cleaned correctly.
  • It's the customers responsibility to close all vents above windows prior to cleaning being carried out, to stop water entering the property.
  • If any window trims, vents, sills, rubber seals, gutters, gutter clips, downpipes, soffits, fascias, bargeboards, conservatory trims, decorative trims or any other external parts not listed should become loose, damaged, discoloured, faded or fall off, The company or any individual will not be held liable for any reason. These parts, if in good condition and fitted correctly, should never fail when carrying out the cleaning processes.
  • When any item is to be pressure washed, whether it is a hard surface (stone, block driveway, concrete etc.) or soft (decking, fences, tarmac etc.) it has to be noted that the surface will be hit with high pressure water (This is much lower pressure for soft surfaces) and any part of the surface that is not fully sound may become damaged, lose, discoloured, faded or uneven.  The company or any individual will not be held liable for any reason if any such event should happen.
  • If softwashing is to be carried out the areas being worked on must not be entered by anyone apart from the operator/s. Any human or animals are completely forbidden from entering the areas until it is fully dry, only then can it be deemed safe again to enter.  The customer must make sure all windows and vents are shut and adhere to all the above criteria.
  • If internal cleaning is required, then it is your responsibility to make sure the area to be cleaned is free from any objects and valuable items as no responsibility will be taken for any breakages or missing items. The company or any individual will not be held liable for any reason if any such event should happen.
